The Company Strategy:

DnaAcos will screen libraries and take candidate drugs from the discovery phase through early pre-clinical development in collaboration with research partners. After “proof of concept” for in-house candidate drugs, DnaAcos will make alliances with pharmaceutical companies that will be responsible for preclinical documentation and clinical studies, registration and marketing. We will focus on strategic alliances with partners in the US, EU and the Far East with worldwide marketing capabilities.

• Out-license the SF53 technology on a non-exclusive basis
